How do I book a live band?
There are many varieties in the style and line up for live band. It is normal that most people are not experts when It comes to booking a live band that can perfectly matches what they want. We are happy to provide our expertise on each step and the questions that you have to think about.
1) Decide what kind of vibe you want for your event. For classic and traditional, you might choose a classical ensemble; for chill and relaxing vibe, you might choose a jazz band; or a more popular option—pop music that everyone is familiar with, plus upbeat dance/funk music.
2) Choose the band line-up: bigger band can handle a wider variety of music styles to accommodate different sessions of the event and deliver better vibe; smaller band suits venues that have limitation on the scale of the band.
3) Decide whether you need additional or tailor-made services, e.g. additional songs on top of our list, “song request” session, rehearsal for your own performance, etc.
4) Decide whether you need other services — We provide diverse services, e.g. DJing, MC, photography, make-up artist, etc.
5) Contact us and provide us with the above information, date, time, venue, number of guests and performance duration. Don’t be hesitated even if you are not certain about some of the above questions, we are happy to provide our suggestions!

Band Line-up/ Other Services：
Solo, 2-piece, 3-piece, 4-piece, 5-piece, Above 5-piece, Tailor-made services(e.g. customised song list, “song request” session, rehearsal for your own performance, etc.), Other services(e.g. DJing, MC, photography, make-up artist, etc.
**Stage PA system (mixer console, house and monitor speakers, amplifiers etc.) is included and we’ll have our own audio crew responsible for audio equipment operation, set up and dismantle.
**After each set (45 minutes) of performance, there will be a 15-minute break time for the musicians. Our audio crew will keep playing music in the background during the break. (Our suggestion is to arrange the break at the sessions without live band to utilise the performance hours as much as possible.)
**The below rate list is for 3-hour performance. If you want to extend the performance duration, please contact us for enquiry.
**For outdoor performance, covering materials, such as marquee, must be provided to the band and the audio crew in case of raining.
**As a free service, you can select five tunes to add to the sets. If you want to add more self-selected tunes, additional charge maybe required depends on the number of tunes added.
**Additional fee may be required if you want to include designated musician(s) in the band.
**Quotation may varies for events on special dates, such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
**You can enjoy a 10% early-bird discount if the booking is made 3 months prior to the event.
Remote Area Fee:
Due to the lack of traffic schedules in remote areas and even the inaccessibility of general public transport, it takes a long time and transportation costs, so a surcharge must be charged for weddings or events held in such areas. See the table below for details:
